12SF Season One is a filmed documentary series following a small group of Bay Area founders through a year of physical outdoor challenges - special flagship event per month across 2026, from a 20-mile mountain hike to dirt biking in the mountains.
Each challenge is a "Chapter" which leaves you with a stronger version of yourself, alongside the people who saw you get there.

Twenty miles, six thousand feet, one day. There's a stretch in the middle where you'll wonder why you came — and then the person next to you keeps walking, so you do too. We start in the dark and finish a little changed.
Fly FishingJul 24–26
SIERRA NEVADA, CA
Quieter, colder, harder than it looks. You wade in, you learn a skill that humbles everyone equally, and you stand in moving water until something clicks. Guides and gear provided. Patience is on you.
Dirt Biking Training DayAug 8
SOUTH BAY, CA
None of us could ride when we started either. You spend the day with patient, genuinely good instructors, drop the bike a couple times, and by evening you can ride. The easiest way in - and how you get ready for Tahoe.

A raft doesn't move unless everyone pulls - that's the whole point. You'll get cold, soaked, and loud, and by dinner that night you'll know these people better than you planned to.

High-altitude trails and hills that many people don't think they can climb. Then someone goes first, and you find out you can too. Adventure riding, views you have to earn, and a group that's as excited as you are.
